“Biancomangiare” – Biancomangiare

Ingredients for 8 servings

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 1/2 oz of starch
  • 7 oz of caster sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 2 oz of bitter chocolate
  • 3 1/2 oz of toasted almonds

 

Preparation
Melt the starch in a little cold milk; then add the sugar and the remaining milk, make it thicken stirring on a low flame. Pour on a dish and put in the fridge. Once cold, sprinkle with the cinnamon, the chopped chocolate and the minced almonds.
