Lemon water-ice – Granita di limone

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 8 lemons
  • 10 1/2 oz of caster sugar


Prepare the syrup melting the sugar in 2 cups of water and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Let it cool down and add the lemon juice. Put the mix in a container and leave it in the freezer for a few hours stirring now and then, removing the ice from the rims of the container.
