Sicily is blessed with all the natural elements necessary, including the wind and the sun, on which the winegrower relies for the production of quality grapes.
Casa Vinicola Firriato, which is in the heart of the region with the densest concentration of vineyards in Italy, was created during the mid 1980s. The strength of this company is its youth and its producers, Salvatore and Vinzia Di Gaetano, that synthesized their entrepreneurial spirit in tenacity and determination.
They firmly believe that succeeding in using the resources of one of the most suitable territories in the world for wine growing can lead to the production not only of high quality grapes but also of great wines.

The philosophy of the company is the following:
- the enhancement of autochthon grapes,
- the use of international vines best suited to Sicilian conditions,
- a focused marketing together with a pricing strategy based on the best relation price/quality.
