The Art Show We have commissioned 35 Sicilian artists to create 70 unique wine labels exclusively for our event featuring Sicilian wines and food. The theme of the labels is "Red and White". Each label represents an original work of art to enrich your art collection, your wine cellar, and your life. They are also an excellent value and opportunity for collection and gift-giving. The wine labels will be affixed to a variety of purely Sicilian wines selected by Vanvakys and provided by American importers and distributors. The base price of each bottle is $100.00 USD, and all bottles will be placed at auction (silent) at that starting amount. Bids can be placed online, please click here.

The food and wine tasting is designed and planned by Vanvakys Art International in collaboration with wine experts and sponsors. Buffet diner with delicious Sicilian cuisine is offered to all guests and includes a taste of either red or white wine for each savory course. Choice of either Rosolio or Dessert Wine for the Dolce course.
The Silent Auction Sponsors and guests will have the opportunity to admire the artistically-labeled bottles both on display in the Sculpture Court throughout the event, and online. How to participate Bids will be accepted at the event, via telephone and by email, and collected in a central directory. The auction will end on 27th October, 2009 at The National Art Club at 11 o' clock PM. In order to take part in the auction, bidders will complete a bidding form and provide personal contact information, including a credit card number, in order to ensure adherence to bid amounts and fairness to all. Bidders will indicate the number corresponding to their bottle(s) of choice, as well as their offer
($100 USD minimum). Bidding forms can be found online or printed at the National Arts Club during the reception dates.

Come, Vote ...and Win! Come and vote for your favorite label and you will automatically be entered in a sweepstakes to win a case of 6 bottles of first quality Sicilian wines. Entries will be sorted from time to time according to artists' popularity and only entries associated with the most-voted artist will compete for the prize. Find out how! Sweepstakes voting is open to exhibit attendees only, between the dates of October 15th through the 27th! Past winner The sweepstakes winner of WineAppeal @ Naima 2008 was Mr. John Licci of Staten Island, New York, whose name was selected from among those who voted for Vanni Quadrio, the most popular artist of our 2008 event.
